Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Orders to APO boxes are shipped Priority Mail. Larger orders should be called in since shipping may require trucking. Orders should be shipped directly to schools or businesses as orders shipped to residences will incur delivery surcharges.

Privacy & Security

We DO NOT share your information with anyone. Your online orders and information are secured.

Returns & Replacements

  1. Any errors in an order received must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  2. Damaged goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Please keep all packaging so the carrier can make an inspection if necessary. We will need the tracking number off the damaged box and we will promptly reship a replacement.
  3. Any overstock for returns will need an RMA #. Overstocks must be returned within 30 days. Please contact us for an RMA #. The customer will be charged freight in both directions for any goods returned.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment of orders are by credit card or Net 15 terms. Only schools, school boards and PTAs will be issued terms. Any teacher or administrator that orders for a school on terms will be held responsible for the invoice if the school or school board does not pay.
